Job Title: Insurance Broker – P&C; | Commission-Based

About the Prospect

We are looking for a motivated and sales-oriented insurance professional to join our growing brokerage team. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping clients find appropriate Property & Casualty insurance solutions.

The position is commission-based, with earning potential tied to business development and sales performance. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, generating opportunities, developing referral relationships, and following up consistently with prospective and existing clients.

What You’ll Do

- Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, community connections, and outbound communication.
- Connect with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and identify suitable P&C; coverage options.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Present insurance solutions clearly and assist clients throughout the sales and policy process.
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and sales-related information.
- Support policy processing and other administrative activities associated with new and existing business.
- Build a personal network of referral sources and identify opportunities for continued business growth.
- Stay informed about insurance products, market opportunities, and applicable industry requirements.
- Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the client relationship.

- Candidates who are not currently licensed but are eligible and prepared to obtain their RIBO license within one month of joining may also be considered.
- Previous insurance sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and relationship building.
- Comfortable reaching out to prospective clients and developing referral partnerships.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, competitive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, conversations, and tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a developing organization.
- Additional language skills are an asset, particularly when serving diverse client communities.

Preferred Experience

- Insurance sales: 2 years preferred/required, depending on licensing and experience.
- Experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development is an asset.

Compensation

Commission-based opportunity.

Earnings are directly related to sales and business development performance. This opportunity is particularly suited to individuals who are motivated by uncapped earning potential and enjoy building their own book of business.

Pay: $50,000.00-$155,000.00 per year
