The Registered Branch Associate Trainee partners with Financial Advisors to serve existing clients under their direction. You will help create branch capacity while developing knowledge of personalized investment solutions, legal requirements, and regulatory obligations. The position supports client relationships through research, account opening, and transaction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather suitability information for opening current client accounts
- Research portfolio performance, fees, allocation, and investment changes
- Recommend portfolio considerations to Financial Advisors




- Execute solicited buy and sell orders
- Conduct proactive reviews and answer general client questions

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant degree, diploma, or four years industry experience
- Currently registered as a Representative with CIRO
- Complete applicable CIRO licensing requirements
- Successfully complete required training and background checks
