As Director, Tax Pursuits Lead, you will own the pursuit process for EisnerAmper’s Tax practice. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, Tax, you will partner with Tax leaders, partners, Practice and Industry leaders, and Growth colleagues. The work spans chance assessment, strategy, proposal development, presentations, client interaction, and pursuit close.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead major Tax pursuits from assessment through close
- Shape differentiated strategies with partners and Tax leadership
- Coach partners for client interactions and presentations
- Develop proposals and presentations from complex information




- Coordinate Tax, Practice, Industry, and firm capabilities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- 10+ years’ relevant accounting or professional services experience
- Complex proposal or pursuit leadership experience required
- Complex Tax practice pursuit experience required
- Advanced degree or pursuit tools experience preferred
