Key Responsibilities:

- Translate product specifications and updates into buyer-centric messaging
- Draft launches, feature announcements, narratives, and release notes
- Create articles, guides, education content, and webinar copy
- Maintain positioning, personas, value propositions, and messaging frameworks




- Support webinars, sales collateral, and current product positioning

Requirements:

- Marketing, Communications, or related post-secondary education
- Two to four years of relevant marketing communications experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills for technical product information
- Ability to adapt messaging across audiences, formats, and channels
- Comfort using AI tools such as Claude
