This role provides client-centered case management, psychoeducation groups, relapse-prevention support, life-skills planning, system navigation, and coordination of services within a residential environment. The Case Manager promotes a safe, secure, and recovery-focused home while empowering residents to achieve their personal goals that is consistent with the philosophy, policies,



and standards established by Dilico Anishinabek Family Care.Qualifications and Requirements:A minimum requirement of an HBSW or related degree complimented by significant experience and demonstrated skill in related work will be considered.
