As a Senior Network Escalation Analyst, you will serve as the highest technical escalation point within NOC operations. The work covers routing, switching, firewall, wireless, VPN, and connectivity incidents. You will support network infrastructure reliability through advanced analysis, incident resolution, and technical leadership.

- Support major incident response and service-impacting event resolution

Exigences :

- Seven-plus years with Check Point and Juniper firewalls
- Five-plus years troubleshooting Cisco, ACI, and F5 connectivity
- Five years in advanced network infrastructure engineering and escalation
- Five years with packet capture and protocol analysis
- Participation in hybrid scheduling and on-call rotation
