Lead Wakefield Canada manufacturing operations in Etobicoke, balancing health and safety, quality, service levels, and expense management. The plant works across office and manufacturing floor environments.

As Plant Manager, you will serve on the Supply Chain Leadership Team and report to the Vice President, Supply Chain. The role oversees manufacturing performance, production planning relationships, regulatory compliance, budgets, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Inventory and Demand Planning, Distribution Operations, Engineering, and Facilities Management teams to balance competing Supply Chain priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sponsor HSSE principles, standards, metrics, and objectives
- Execute annual plant manufacturing objectives
- Ensure regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations




- Develop and deliver departmental operating budgets
- Lead continuous improvement across Plant operations

Requirements:

- Minimum six years’ Supply Chain Management experience
- Experience in manufacturing operations management and production planning
- Knowledge of HSSE, manufacturing compliance, and systems or ERP
- Solid project management, business, communication, and leadership skills
- Science or engineering degree preferred, or extensive related experience
