Shape IT services strategy, roadmaps, and governance as Intact’s Product Manager, working within a flexible hybrid work model.

This Product Manager owns the IT Services Portfolio vision, strategy, roadmap, governance, and value realization. The portfolio spans service management, employee technology experience, automation, enterprise platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities. You will translate business priorities into executable strategies, investment decisions, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the portfolio vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
- Chair the ITS Product Council and align priorities
- Direct governance, dependencies, funding, capacity, and roadmaps
- Define KPIs, adoption measures, and value realization targets




- Coach Product Owners and partner with Scrum Masters

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years of product management experience
- Enterprise transformation or portfolio-level accountability experience
- Understanding of architecture, APIs, cloud, security, and resiliency
- Knowledge of Agile, lean product management, and change practices
- Solid executive communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
