Recent Westminster’s City Information Technology Division needs an experienced Systems Analyst/Programmer skilled in AMI testing and SQL. Hybrid remote work is available.

This temporary full-time, six-month position supports advanced metering infrastructure implementation. You will test AMI systems, web-based applications, and integrations while validating business and user requirements. The work includes collaboration with developers, business analysts, application owners, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design test strategies, plans, cases, and reports
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing
- Test complex end-to-end AMI systems and services
- Track, analyze, and document defects for resolution
- Communicate testing progress and present stakeholder proposals

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline
- At least five years as a Systems Analyst/Programmer
- Experience testing AMI projects and web applications
- Experience with HP Quality Center or similar tools
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
