Ledcor seeks an experienced Project Manager for its growing Foundations division. You will manage piling, deep foundations, and ground improvement projects across the region. The work requires project controls, contract administration, client relationships, and team leadership from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Control costs, forecasts, change management, and project profitability
- Monitor schedules, milestones, and client commitments throughout execution
- Direct project teams, subcontractors, consultants, superintendents, and field staff




- Manage client relationships and project documentation

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in construction management, civil engineering, or related discipline
- Five-plus years managing foundations, piling, ground improvement, or heavy civil projects
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and contract administration
- Experience managing financials, change orders, claims, and client relationships
- Proficiency with construction software, Primavera P6, Excel, and document systems
