As Senior Manager of Manufacturing Finance, you will own financial infrastructure for spacecraft and payload production. You will partner with manufacturing, supply chain, facilities, FP&A;, and Program Finance. The function begins with you as an individual contributor and grows into a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own production planning, forecasting, overhead rates, and capital expenditures
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and facilities leadership
- Establish procurement controls, cost tracking, and governance frameworks
- Model build-versus-buy decisions, ROI, and manufacturing investments




- Build and lead the manufacturing finance team

Requirements:

- 8–12 years of manufacturing, production, or operations finance experience
- Experience building production financial infrastructure and cost frameworks
- Understanding of overhead rates, bills of materials, and variances
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing experience preferred
