As Senior Manager, Product Design, you will lead strategy and execution for legal financial workflows. Manage four to five designers while partnering with Product and Engineering. Guide discovery, prospect framing, launch, iteration, automation, and AI-enabled timekeeping experiences for legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define design vision across payments, billing, invoicing, and timekeeping
- Partner across Clio to integrate financial workflows into the platform
- Guide trustworthy, transparent human-in-the-loop AI experiences
- Coach, hire, and develop four to five product designers
- Set portfolio priorities, metrics, and quality standards with partners
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Product Design experience
- 3+ years managing and developing designers
- Fintech experience across payments, billing, or invoicing
- Complex B2B product design experience
- Fluency with Figma, Claude, Cursor, and WCAG standards
