Within the Insurance Technology team, our Promises Delivered Value Stream is modernizing advisor- and client-facing platforms and technologies to provide customers and business partners with secure, dynamic, and efficient applications. We are looking for a Quality Engineer who is curious about emerging technologies, comfortable working with legacy systems, and motivated to find creative solutions to complex problems.

Position Responsibilities:

- Review and translate requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing meaningful and timely feedback to product and development teams.
- Create, maintain, and execute automated regression and performance test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Xray, Postman, and JMeter.
- Use AI-enabled tools and practices to support test planning, test design, defect analysis, test automation, and quality documentation,



while validating outputs for accuracy, compliance, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze automation results, investigate failures, and communicate findings clearly to relevant partners.
- Design detailed, comprehensive, and traceable test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual functional and regression testing when automation is not appropriate or practical.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for product quality and reporting.
- Track quality assurance metrics, including defect density, defect frequency, and first-time pass rate.
- Stay current with testing tools, software, frameworks, and quality engineering practices.
- Promote quality-focused methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and design practical improvements.
- Maintain and communicate current or revised quality standards and technical changes.
- Prepare and deliver formal quality audit reports.

Required Qualifications:
