This senior position supports Ledcor’s Integrated Digital Services team across civil infrastructure, heavy civil, and mining projects. You will develop models, produce deliverables, coordinate with engineers, survey teams, and construction staff, and complete model-based quantity takeoffs. Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills support effective project coordination. The role requires detailed model review, digital document control, and practical collaboration with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Civil 3D models for roads, bridges, earthworks, and utilities
- Produce construction drawings and project deliverables from digital models




- Complete quantity takeoffs, volume calculations, and cost-related analysis
- Coordinate models with engineering, survey, and construction teams
- Resolve modelling discrepancies and conduct clash detection

Requirements:

- 10+ years of civil infrastructure modelling experience
- Strong proficiency using Autodesk Civil 3D
- Experience supporting civil infrastructure or heavy civil projects
- Solid attention to detail identifying model and drawing discrepancies
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
