AtkinsRéalis seeks a Health and Safety Officer supporting the Manager, Health and Safety on the Project. The position provides guidance across the program and supports Safety & Security results through stakeholder relationships, contractor coordination, data analysis, and improvement processes. Responsibilities may include onboarding, training, reporting, incident investigation, and Threat and Hazard Impact Risk Assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate onboarding, training, reporting, and incident investigation duties
- Provide health and safety expertise, advice, and guidance
- Confirm contractors implement site-specific safety plan measures




- Conduct assessments and audits, recommending corrective actions
- Report risks and issues to appropriate decision makers

Requirements:

- Diploma or certificate in health and safety
- Minimum seven years of qualified onsite health and safety experience
- Experience working within construction environments
- Experience developing and implementing health and safety management plans
- Strong stakeholder management with owners, consultants, and contractors
