Lead Community Mental Health and Addictions Services in Saskatoon using advanced leadership, communication, and analytical skills. This full-time role includes days and standby shifts.

Reporting to the Director of Mental Health and Addiction Community Services, the Manager supports Saskatchewan Health Authority goals. The position develops and executes operational and business plans, monitors progress, and makes course corrections. It also builds partnerships with system and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute operational and business plans
- Cascade, monitor, and report plan progress
- Create operational lines of sight supporting SHA objectives
- Enable an cutting-edge, positive working climate
- Develop partnerships across systems and communities

Requirements:

- Health care experience
- Five years supervising or managing Mental Health and Addictions
- Human Services diploma or acceptable equivalent preparation
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Advanced leadership, financial, and interpersonal skills
