Coordinate culturally responsive recovery services in Eden Valley through STWC, using case management and community wellness skills. Support clients through recovery-focused programming.

The STWC Recovery Coordinator delivers prevention, intervention, education, and recovery services through the Stoney Trail Wellness Centre. This position supports individuals, families, and community members affected by substance use, mental health concerns, trauma, and grief. Responsibilities include intake, assessment, individualized planning, referrals, advocacy, and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct intake, screening, assessment, and case management
- Develop individualized wellness and recovery plans
- Coordinate NNADAP and recovery-focused programming
- Provide referrals, advocacy, follow-up,



and crisis support
- Maintain client documentation, statistics, and confidential records

Requirements:

- Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related field
- Experience in addictions, mental health, or community wellness
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and harm reduction
- Robust case management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation
