As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will promote the Alberici brand while identifying, attracting, and recruiting professionals. You will manage recruitment through onboarding, develop recruitment marketing strategies, and coordinate applicants with hiring Managers through UKG. The position supports an exceptional candidate experience and requires solid communication, organization, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment from job postings through employee onboarding
- Guide candidates throughout recruitment with personalized communication
- Coordinate applicants and hiring Managers through UKG
- Prepare offer letters,



onboarding documents, and new hire toolkits
- Manage career fairs and recruitment partnerships

Requirements:

- Human Resources, Business Administration degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
- At least two years of direct recruiting experience
- Construction recruitment experience preferred, with three to five years
- Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, and LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Strong discretion, communication, organization, and customer service focus
