As Store Director, you will lead one of Simons’ largest locations and represent its retail legacy since 1840. You will guide Area Directors, Department managers, and employees while developing leaders, improving performance, and delivering the Simons service experience. The role combines store operations, sales, merchandising, inventory, and e-commerce execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead development of management teams and high-performance employees
- Deliver exceptional Simons service across all store teams




- Achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency
- Direct merchandising, displays, and inventory presentation

Requirements:

- Ten to fifteen years of retail experience
- At least seven years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
