This itinerant social work position supports students, families, school personnel, and community partners. You will address emotional, social, and behavioral needs affecting achievement and well-being. The work includes psycho-social assessment, counselling, advocacy, safety planning, attendance intervention, and consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide targeted mental health interventions and counselling
- Complete psycho-social assessments addressing changing student needs
- Assess safety risks and create required safety plans




- Coordinate attendance interventions and academic success plans
- Maintain social work and attendance service records

Requirements:

- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Registration with OCSWSSW
- Minimum five years relevant counselling and assessment experience
- Knowledge of mental health, child protection, and community resources
- Driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance required
