Coordinate BIM delivery at EllisDon using Revit and Navisworks across construction projects with project managers, superintendents, and engineers in office.

As a VDC Coordinator, you will support BIM Management and MEP model coordination throughout design and construction. You will build BIM Execution Plans, manage BIM data, and develop workflows for estimating, logistics, scheduling, coordination, and field layout. Your work supports project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage BIM Execution Plans and VDC strategies
- Prepare model-based deliverables from owner BIM requirements
- Perform design, constructability, clash detection, and visualization reviews
- Chair coordination meetings and document agendas and minutes
- Manage Revit models and BIM data throughout construction

Requirements:

- Engineering, Architecture, M&E;, or related degree or diploma
- Three to five years’ BIM Management or MEP coordination experience
- Advanced Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks experience required
- Knowledge interpreting design and construction drawings
- Ability to travel or commute to project sites
