Under general supervision, this Licensed Practical Nurse provides care for assigned patients or residents while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The LPN works independently within established policies, procedures, and British Columbia practice standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care to assigned patients and residents
- Participate in assessments, care plans, and intervention evaluation




- Document information and advocate for patients and residents

Requirements:

- Graduate from a recognized Practical Nursing program
- Register as a practicing LPN with BCCNM
- Hold current basic cardiac life support certification
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Prioritize work and apply analytical decision-making skills
