As Human Resources Business Partner, you will support leadership on the Îles Maligne hydroelectric project. You will connect project strategy with organizational capabilities, coordinate recruitment, and guide employee lifecycle practices. The work requires collaboration with partners, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead the project human resources plan
- Coordinate strategic workforce planning with project leadership
- Lead recruitment action plans and candidate validation
- Coordinate subcontractor human resources teams and partner relationships




- Lead onboarding and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

- University degree or program in Human Resources Management
- Over eight years of progressive human resources experience
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
- Experience with performance management and complex employee relations
- Full-time presence five days weekly at the project office
