Apply medical billing expertise remotely across Canada as Elation Health’s Support Subject Matter Expert for Elation Billing and revenue cycle cases.

This hands-on support role requires three-plus years of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience. You will apply claims lifecycle knowledge, CPT and ICD-10 coding logic, payer rules, denial patterns, and A/R workflows. Your judgment will help resolve complex cases that scripted troubleshooting cannot address.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own complex Elation Billing claims and revenue cycle cases
- Resolve escalations requiring practitioner-level billing judgment
- Diagnose product, payer, configuration, and workflow issues
- Provide structured feedback on billing patterns to Product teams
- Maintain billing knowledge resources, SOPs, and macros

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of hands-on medical billing experience
- Experience with claims submission, denials, payer follow-up, and A/R
- Working fluency in CPT and ICD-10 coding logic
- Experience using an EHR or medical billing platform
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills
