Design rail infrastructure in 2D and 3D for WSP’s Rail & Transit team, using AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or Revit in Canada.

As a Designer, Linear Infrastructure Design, you will develop drawings and models supporting safe, productive transit operations. You will work with engineers and specialists on complex rail infrastructure programs. The work includes cable containment, railway communications interfaces, and related rail assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop linear infrastructure and cable containment designs
- Produce 3D models for railway systems and assets
- Prepare coordinated drawings for client submissions
- Support engineering teams through design, construction, and commissioning
- Review inputs, specifications,



and documentation for technical accuracy

Requirements:

- Engineering technology diploma or degree
- Minimum four years of relevant infrastructure design experience
- Experience supporting rail, transit, or underground utility projects
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and/or Revit
- Experience with drawings, document management, and quality assurance
