Analyze manufacturing costs in Windsor, Ontario, using Excel and Siemens NX for cold and hot stampings, assembly, and secondary costs. Coordinate estimates across customer programs.

As Cost Estimator with Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, you will collect and analyze data for manufacturing estimates. The work covers production time, materials, labor, and product cost-effectiveness. You will serve as the primary customer contact while coordinating engineering, tooling, production, quality, purchasing, logistics, finance, and sales. You will also prepare bids, develop project plans, and validate estimates through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and quantify production, material, and labor cost factors




- Read customer GDT and technical documents for estimates
- Calculate estimates using Siemens NX and Excel
- Prepare client bids with sales teams
- Develop project plans for project duration

Requirements:

- College or university degree in a technical discipline
- At least five years in automotive or stamping environments
- Ability to travel to the United States
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred
- Solid teamwork and self-motivation
