Support Petrel and subsurface applications as a Technical Application Support Analyst in an upstream Oil & Gas workplace. Apply troubleshooting and user support experience.

This experienced analyst supports a portfolio of subsurface and reservoir engineering applications. The work includes Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, production environments, application administration, and incident management. Strong understanding of geoscience, reservoir engineering, or drilling workflows is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 petro-technical application support
- Troubleshoot application, performance, access, and integration issues
- Support installations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
- Manage user provisioning, licensing,



and access requests
- Coordinate incident resolution with vendors and internal teams

Requirements:

- Eight or more years of application support experience
- Upstream Oil & Gas application support experience
- Petrel and related Schlumberger application experience
- Production environment support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
