Support young people with eating disorders as a Licensed Practical Nurse at EHN Canada, using patient assessments and medication administration. Provide residential care within an interdisciplinary team.

This LPN position supports adolescents aged 12 to 24 in residential treatment. You will deliver medical care, recovery therapies, and everyday support through individualized care plans. The work includes symptom management, psychological support, trauma-informed care, and collaboration with primary care providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer scheduled, PRN, and emergency medications safely
- Assess patients and monitor risks, including self-harm
- Document care and communicate patient changes
- Coordinate medical appointments and diagnostic testing




- Provide meal support and therapeutic de-escalation

Requirements:

- Licensed Practical Nurse registration with the regulatory body
- Experience working with young adolescents
- Critical thinking for nursing assessments and interventions
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
- Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality
