Lead technical Scrum delivery for Infoya in Toronto, coordinating transformation projects, production support, and cross-functional Agile teams in a hybrid workplace.

As a Technical Scrum Master, you will manage technology transformation delivery from planning through go-live. You will coordinate developers, QA, architecture, infrastructure, security, and DevOps while supporting production stability. The work includes project governance, metrics, releases, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead transformation projects across scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, and financials
- Run Scrum ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional technical dependencies
- Build dashboards tracking velocity, capacity, predictability, risk, and quality
- Coordinate incident triage, escalation, resolution, and root cause analysis




- Present delivery trends, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Five-plus years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Technology transformation project management experience in complex enterprises
- Knowledge of Agile metrics, SDLC, release governance, and dependencies
- Solid communication, facilitation, stakeholder reporting, and conflict resolution skills
