West Parry Sound Health Centre in Parry Sound is seeking a Social Worker for the Community Stroke Rehabilitation Program on a regular part time basis. You will join a multidisciplinary team to provide social work assessments and interventions for outpatients and their families, focusing on stroke and related neurological conditions within our community rehab program.

The role requires a degree in social work, valid registration, and previous experience with stroke or rehab settings.
