As a permanent Contract and Business Analysis Specialist, you will plan, procure, manage, and evaluate agreements and operations. You will analyze service delivery models, financial information, operational information, and requirements. The work supports contracts, grants, procurements, and service improvement initiatives across Assisted Living and Social Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage contracts and grants, monitoring performance and compliance
- Analyze financial and operational information for service decisions
- Identify service gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities




- Lead or support procurement and business case development
- Define deliverables, performance measures, and agreement requirements

Requirements:

- University degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years of progressively responsible related experience
- Experience supporting Albertans through employment or social services
- Robust analytical, facilitation, negotiation, and consultation skills
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
