Optimize artificial lift systems with Ovintiv as an Artificial Lift Technician based in Dawson Creek or Grande Prairie, supporting specialized production work.

This production role supports Canadian Assets Optimization through artificial lift optimization, complex well interventions, and production restoration. You will work with COA Lift Techs, Engineering, the Operations Control Centre, and field operators. The standard field rotational schedule requires protected decisions, sound judgment, and effective cross-shift collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform N2 kick-arounds, blowdowns, hot oil, and sand solve jobs
- Optimize plunger lift and gas lift performance
- Install, inspect, and monitor plunger systems
- Troubleshoot, service,



and maintain arrival sensors
- Operate echo meters for diagnostics and plunger tracking

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of related artificial lift experience
- Knowledge of safety requirements and oil production operations
- Safe operation knowledge for related field equipment
- Computer and application proficiency
- Valid driver's license and rotational schedule availability
