BIOVECTRA, now part of Agilent, is hiring a Quality Control Chemist for its advanced manufacturing operations. The position supports laboratory testing through PCR, electrophoretic assays, ELISA, calculations, and accurate documentation. Work includes rotating 12-hour day and night shifts on a long-week, short-week schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform analyses using HPLC, GC, and UV-VIS
- Maintain real-time records of laboratory activities
- Calibrate instruments and document routine maintenance
- Track samples and complete material-release documentation
- Identify out-of-specification results and alert supervisors

Requirements:

- Diploma from a recognized Chemical Technology program
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred
- Technical proficiency with laboratory instrumentation preferred
- Knowledge of cGMP guidelines considered an asset
- Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts
