Manage receivables and financial analysis onsite in Vaudreuil-Dorion with ASSA ABLOY, using Excel, ERP systems, and bilingual communication.

Reporting to the Division Controller, this full-time Financial Analyst supports accurate financial information. The position handles billing, collections, reconciliations, reporting, and period-end close. It also supports credit management, forecasting, controls, audits, and cross-functional issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate, review, and distribute invoices and credit memos
- Monitor aging reports and follow up overdue balances
- Resolve discrepancies, deductions, disputes, and account inquiries
- Reconcile receivables and balance-sheet accounts to general ledger
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports

Requirements:

- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Three or more years of relevant finance experience
- Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
- Practical ERP and financial reporting systems experience
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
