The work covers Company-operated and Other Builder Operator estimates, Check Estimates, and process improvement tools. The position supports communication across project controls, planning, estimating, scheduling, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate cost estimate preparation for Gate and Funding milestones
- Prepare Check Estimates and Schedules for OBO submissions
- Assess project cost and schedule bases

Requirements:
