Lead Environmental, Health and Safety programs with Bunge in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, using risk management and regulatory compliance expertise across operations.

This one year term position partners with Operations Management to develop and enhance EH&S; systems, training, and performance. You will support proactive safety culture through audits, investigations, reporting, and coaching. The role also addresses environmental requirements and operational risk reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement EH&S; programs, standards, and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
- Lead complex incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver EH&S; training and coach employees and leaders




- Manage reporting requirements, metrics, and performance data

Requirements:

- Five years of progressively responsible EH&S; experience
- Post-secondary degree in a related scientific or engineering field
- Knowledge of applicable federal, provincial, and local regulations
- Experience with investigations, auditing, and corrective action management
- Regular travel within the assigned geographic area
