Requirements:

- Bachelor of Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Ten years of industrial manufacturing experience
- Five years of progressive management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SAP
- Robust safety, communication, negotiation, and change management skills
