The Role

Reporting to the Shift Manager, theRelief Value Stream Leaderplays a key leadership role within the Operations team. This positionis responsible foroverseeing and supporting a production value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

This hands-on role combines the responsibilities of a Production Supervisor and Team Lead, providing both strategic direction and on-the-floor leadership. Acting as a bridge between frontline employees and management, the Value Stream Leader ensures daily operations run smoothly, safely, and in alignment with Ganong’s operational excellence goals.

With a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement, you proactively address safety or process concerns, collaborate across departments to remove barriers, and champion operational excellence on every shift you lead.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards
- Skilled in Redzone; experience with Sage X3 ERP considered anasset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop teammembers
- Must be legally eligible to work inCanada
