As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will define direction for ambiguous, early-stage concepts spanning technology stacks, data platforms, and environments. The work connects research, product development, and market validation while influencing engineering, product, and technology teams. You will apply Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic patterns to create current applications and responsible delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define scalable architectures for complex early-stage product concepts
- Establish AI-assisted development, evaluation, and observability practices
- Set technical direction from concept through deployment and release




- Design experiments and prototypes to reduce technical risks
- Coach senior engineers and review critical technical designs

Requirements:

- Experience setting technical strategy under uncertainty
- Hands-on experience building Generative AI, LLM, or agentic applications
- Knowledge of AI/ML, analytics, data quality, privacy, and localization
- Experience with LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Codex SDK
- Expertise with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or Azure
