Lead equity, inclusion and belonging strategy development with solid facilitation and coaching skills at Jewish Family and Child Service.

The Manager, Equity & Belonging advances organizational equity, accessibility, cultural responsiveness and belonging. This role supports leaders through organizational change, strengthens staff capacity, and addresses complex identity-related concerns. It also advances understanding of Jewish diversity, identity and antisemitism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Agency’s equity, inclusion and belonging strategy
- Embed accessibility and cultural responsiveness across organizational practices
- Coach leaders and staff on complex inclusion issues
- Design and facilitate training, workshops and resources




- Support responses to discrimination, racism and identity-based harm

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum five years of progressive related experience
- Understanding of Jewish diversity, identity and antisemitism
- Experience implementing organizational equity and inclusion strategies
- Strong facilitation, coaching and consultation skills
