Castolin Eutectic seeks a strategic-minded specialist to develop targeted accounts across mining, power generation, paper and pulp, cement, and steel. You will promote CDP wearplate, Castotube, LaserClad, and complementary services while building relationships with end users and original equipment manufacturers. The position combines prospecting, technical support, and territory growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop wear-services opportunities across targeted strategic industries
- Identify prospects and expand existing customer relationships
- Provide technical, design, and product support




- Maintain customer opportunities and documentation in the CRM
- Represent Castolin Eutectic at industry events

Requirements:

- Five or more years of relevant wear-solutions experience
- Industry experience in mining, power, paper and pulp, cement, or steel
- Understanding of surface protection and wear-management solutions
- Consultative communication skills and mechanical aptitude
- Basic print reading and Microsoft Office proficiency
