As Manager, Academic Programs, you will oversee programs and services across the Rehabilitation Sciences Sector within the Temerty Faculty of Medicine. Working with sector chairs and senior administrative leaders, you will develop plans, establish business processes, and lead complex projects. Your work will support educational programs, clinical training, student placements, electives, experiential learning, and community-based service learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee academic programs and services across the integrated Sector
- Develop plans and establish effective business processes
- Lead projects involving placements, electives, and experiential learning




- Support curriculum service design, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Build and mentor cooperative teams across academic programs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum five years’ related administrative experience
- Experience supporting clinical education and student placements
- Knowledge of curriculum development and accreditation processes
- Advanced proficiency with educational technology and learning systems
