As a Consultant, Enterprise Gating – Technology Operational Risk, you assess projects and infrastructure changes against operational standards. You collaborate with Portfolio Leads, service providers, and operations teams throughout the application development lifecycle. Your work supports risk communication, executive decision-making, process improvement, and internal audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Gating assessments for technology projects and releases
- Review work packages against operational standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare executive dashboards and scheduled or ad hoc reports
- Manage Gating documentation, communications, and scheduling
- Support process improvement, tool automation, and training
Requirements:
- Two-plus years in IT operations or related technology functions
- Understanding of operational risk assessment and technology controls
- Growing familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, and ISO standards
- University degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline
- Solid communication, relationship-building, and data analysis skills
