Southlake Health seeks a Registered Dietitian in Newmarket, Ontario, specializing in clinical nutrition and patient-focused care across hospital settings.

This permanent, casual position supports the Health Care Team through comprehensive nutrition care. The successful candidate completes assessments, diagnoses, interventions, and monitoring while managing oral, enteral, and parenteral nutrition. Work may be hybrid, virtual, or in person where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide patient and family focused nutrition care
- Complete nutrition assessments, diagnoses, interventions, and evaluations
- Manage oral diets using medical directives
- Manage enteral and parenteral nutrition support
- Manage medications, labs, and IVs through delegated acts





Requirements:

- Registered Dietitian in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
- At least two years of acute care hospital nutrition experience
- Experience with enteral and parenteral nutrition
- Proficiency with MS Office and hospital information systems or EMR
- Robust critical thinking, communication, and workload management skills
