As a Senior Research Scientist, you will develop pre-training methods for biological foundation models learning from genome and other -omics data. The work requires deep machine learning research skill, a solid grasp of genome biology, and independence to set direction. Scope may vary with experience across Senior and Staff levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design recent deep learning architectures for biological foundation models
- Develop pre-training methods for genome and -omics data
- Build large pre-trained models using RNA and genome data
- Choose meaningful biological questions for model development

Requirements:
