Apply separation science expertise at AbCellera to develop protein analytics for early phase monoclonal antibody CMC programs. Work hands on across LC, CE, and icIEF workflows.

As a Scientist II or Senior Scientist, you will build analytical capabilities supporting product characterization and release testing. Your work will include method development, qualification, data generation, and interpretation. You will also contribute technical guidance across CMC activities and share expertise with teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop LC, CE, and icIEF analytical methods
- Generate high quality data for characterization
- Establish laboratory workflows and analytical best practices
- Evaluate technologies improving separation method performance




- Communicate investigations and findings through technical reports

Requirements:

- PhD plus two to five years industry experience
- MSc with significant relevant industry experience considered
- Hands on SEC, RP LC, CE, and icIEF experience
- Expertise in therapeutic protein characterization and separations
- Familiarity with Benchling, Empower, and 21 CFR Part 11
