Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Trucking Coordinator manages daily transportation operations for drilling, completion, and production equipment. The position requires supervisory experience in oilfield trucking coordination, dispatch, or logistics support. Strong organization, communication, dispatch software familiarity, and route planning knowledge support effective delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage dispatching, routing, and transportation scheduling
- Coordinate deliveries with drivers, dispatchers, and clients
- Monitor truck and trailer availability and assignments




- Support transportation compliance and accurate operational reporting
- Address delays, route changes, and equipment problems

Requirements:

- Two to three years of supervisory experience
- Experience in oilfield trucking, dispatch, or logistics
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication with drivers, clients, and teams
- Familiarity with dispatch and transportation management systems
