As Hotel Manager, you will lead the entire Glacier View Lodge team for Pursuit. You will oversee front office, housekeeping, and guest services while supporting strategic planning, financial targets, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Glacier View Lodge team and hotel operations
- Oversee front office, housekeeping, and guest services teams
- Implement strategic plans, business plans, and capital projects
- Manage budgets, resources, financial outlooks, and performance indicators
- Lead incident communication and emergency response documentation

Requirements:

- Three to five years managing strategically and operationally
- Post-secondary hospitality management diploma or related degree
- Strong front office and extensive rooms division experience
- Proven team-building, motivational, coaching, and performance management abilities
- High professional and business ethics with flexible, results-oriented leadership
