Drive financial insight as a Manager, FP&A;, using advanced Excel, modelling and commercial analysis to guide sector performance and margins. Canadian work experience is not required.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, FP&A;, you will partner with leaders, operators and cross-functional teams. The position covers weekly flash, monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, capital tracking and decision support. You will manage one direct report while supporting sector objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare weekly flash, variance analysis and executive commentary
- Deliver monthly reporting, sector packs and presentations
- Support budgets, forecasts, scenarios and operator action plans
- Track risks, opportunities, rebates, capital and financial exposures




- Improve reporting, controls, processes and performance analytics

Requirements:

- Four or more years of progressive finance experience
- FP&A;, commercial finance or business partnering experience
- Advanced Excel, financial modelling and proforma skills
- Solid commercial analysis and stakeholder communication abilities
- CPA, progress toward CPA or equivalent preferred
