As Manager, Personal Financial Services, you will advise customers and colleagues on personal and business banking products, services, policies, and procedures. You will provide total financial reviews, resolve issues, support frontline transactions, and guide complex customer needs. The role also contributes to sales growth, operational excellence, risk management, and team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice on personal and business banking products
- Conduct financial reviews and recommend suitable solutions
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters appropriately




- Support customer outreach, referrals, and portfolio opportunities
- Coach colleagues and coordinate responses to complex issues

Requirements:

- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- IFIC or Canadian Securities Course certification
- Complete Canadian Financial Services Advice certification upon hire
- Related post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
- Meet applicable Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization registration requirements
